Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Falquor platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Falquor (the "Company", "we", or "us").
Description of Service
Falquor provides a cloud-based workshop management platform designed for automotive businesses, enabling work order management, technician time tracking, parts inventory tracking, multi-location operations, and invoice generation compliant with Verifactu and Peppol standards. The Service is offered on a subscription basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our reasonable discretion with appropriate notice.
Infrastructure & Hosting
The Falquor platform is delivered via Vercel's global edge network (frontend) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure (backend and data storage). By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data is processed and stored on AWS-operated facilities. AWS's own terms, security controls, and compliance certifications -- including ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and GDPR compliance mechanisms -- apply to the underlying infrastructure.
Authentication
Falquor supports two authentication methods: sign-in via Google OAuth 2.0, and email-based one-time code (OTP) verification. By choosing to sign in with Google, you authorize Falquor to access certain information from your Google account (such as your name and email address) as permitted by your Google account settings. Your use of Google sign-in is additionally governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service -- including software, design, trademarks, and documentation -- are the exclusive property of Falquor and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Falquor's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary marks without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Falquor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Falquor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Modifications to These Terms
Falquor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting a notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Falquor operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
